ING International Graduate Programme

This four-year programme builds on your skills, providing value to your professional development at each stage.

Year 1: INSPIRE

You are ‘inspired’ to learn more about ING as a global organisation, how you can personally contribute to its’ growth and to develop yourself as a high performer through global marketplace and workplace knowledge.

Year 2: CONNECT

You and the other participants come together again for more in-depth personal development relevant to your career paths within ING, as well as allowing you the opportunity to ‘re-connect’ as a group to strengthen the global networks formed in INSPIRE.

Year 3: PERFORM

You apply and leverage the knowledge gained through the IIGP and your own ‘on-the-job’ experience to provide tangible results to the business through real-life business case or project work.

Year 4: LEAD

Participants will be selected to attend LEAD based upon their proven high performance and leadership potential based on past 3-year’s performance reviews and an assessment. LEAD focuses on the key elements of the ‘ING Leadership Profile’ and provides participants with their final step on the path to becoming a true leader and ambassador for ING’s high performance culture.
